| Date: 1st April |
| Time: 4.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Tottenham v Reading - SCORE: 1-0 |
Our Recommendation:
Tottenham will play well in this one and being at home should see a copmfortable victory for them. There is a danger with Reading however as they have turned over a few giants in their time. We are backing Tottenham to win (around 1.86) and will be trading out when they take the lead. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed Tottenham to win at 1.80. Tottenham took the lead in the first half and gave us odds of 1.35 to trade out on and secure our £33 profit on each result. |
Profit made on this trade = £33

| Date: 3rd April |
| Time: 7.45pm |
| Fixture: Champions League |
| Teams: PSV v Liverpool - SCORE: 0-3 |
Our Recommendation:
Always difficult to predict a result in the latter stages so we're playing the safest option of laying the draw and trading out on the first goal. The odds are slightly in favour of Liverpool so them getting the first would be the best result for us. Liverpool will be playing hard for the away goal so uf PSV get the first we'll get out anyway as the draw could be on the cards. |
Our Trading Result:
We layed the draw at 3.10. Liverpool didn'tlet us down and scored after around 20 minutes giving us the ideal trade out odds at 4.10 and a profit of £24 regardless of the result. |
Profit made on this trade = £24

| Time: 7.45pm |
| Fixture: Champions League |
| Teams: Roma v Man Utd - SCORE: 2-1 |
Our Recommendation:
Again a difficult match to predict but like the Liverpool game we're expecting a goal and the odds are absolutely perfect for laying the draw as no matter who scored the profit will be there for us. We'll be trading out after the first by either team. |
Our Trading Result:
We layed the draw at 3.20. Roma scored just before half time giving us our trade out and a nice profit of £41 across the board getting odds of 5.50. Another simple trade with a nice profit. |
Profit made on this trade = £41

| Date: 6th April |
| Time: 5.15pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Man City v Charlton - SCORE: 0-0 |
Our Recommendation:
Both of these two have had a good run of late with City winning their last two matches which were away and Charlton winning their last two at home. There are a couple of ways to play this as the odds on the draw are good for laying but our thoughts are that Man City will be spurred on by their wins away, so this home match should provide the ideal environment for them to carry on the winning streak. We are backing them to win this (around 2.18) and will trade out when they hopefully take the lead. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed Man City at 2.10. Unfortunately this ended in a 0-0 draw so no profit or oportunities to trade out. Onto the next. |
Profit made on this trade = £-100

| Date: 7th April |
| Time: 12.45pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Chelsea v Tottenham - SCORE: 1-0 |
Our Recommendation:
This will be a fascinating clash with both teams on an absolute steamroller run of winners. The odds on Chelsea winning are very low and we think artificially wighted in this case as Tottenham could easily sneak in a goal or two here. The best option on this one is backing over 2.5 goals as the odds are great at 1.95 and these two should produce one or two in the first half hopefully. We'll be trading out after the first or second goal depending how fast they are scored. |
Our Trading Result:
We missed this trade as our internet went down and looking at the scoreline this would have been a bad one as the only goal came after 52 minutes. Odd there would have dropped to trade out for a small loss. |
Profit made on this trade = £-40

| Date: 7th April |
| Time: 3.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Arsenal v West Ham - SCORE: 0-1 |
Our Recommendation:
West Ham have had a good couple of games but having beaten Arsenal narrowly at home last time is no guarantee of winning against them away. West ham have Chelsea and Man Utd coming up next and we fancy Arsenal to win this and seal their fate at the bottom of the table. The odds are not great on Arsenal but they should take the lead here so we are laying the draw (around 4.60) and although this is a highish liability it will yield a very nice profit on the leading goal from them. |
Our Trading Result:
We layed the draw on this match at 4.60 and the first goal came from West Ham on the verge of half time. |
Profit made on this trade = £25

| Date: 13th April |
| Time: 7.45pm |
| Fixture: Championship |
| Teams: West Brom v Sheff Wed - SCORE: 0-1 |
Our Recommendation:
Sheffield Wednesday are on a roll at the moment and have not lost a match in 9 games. Their 3 away wins came against lower teams and they may have more to do visiting West Brom. West Brom on the other hand have had a pretty rough time of late and although they are still in the top 4 have a chance of slipping further back if they lose this one. This should be a close one and laying the draw would be dangerous as Sheffield could strike first but we feel West Brom have a good chance here and should win it even if they don't get the first goal. we'll be backing West Brom (around 1.80) and trading out after they take the lead. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed West Brom at 1.74. Unfortunately this one didn't go our way and Sheffied Wednesday got the only goal in the second half so no trade out for us. |
Profit made on this trade = £-100
|
| Date: 14th April |
| Time: 3.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Arsenal v Bolton - SCORE: 2-1 |
Our Recommendation:
Arsenal will be happy to be back at home after a bad run of away games and playing a team sitting just 2 points behind them will be spurring the team on. This should be a win for them although probably not a runnaway victory as they will want to take a quick lead and hold onto it for the points. Bolton have not fared well against top flight teams (Tottenham, Liverpool & Man Utd) lately and there is no real reason why they should beat Arsenal so we're backing arsenal to win (around 1.80) and will be trading out after they take the lead. |
Our Trading Result:
We got our back bet on at 1.80 on Arsenal. Bolton struck first after 10 minutes but Arsenal equalized after 30 minutes and we were back in the game. Arsenal sorted our trade just before half time and we got out for our profit. |
Profit made on this trade = £28
|
| Date: 14th April |
| Time: 3.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Sheff Utd v West Ham - SCORE: 3-0 |
Our Recommendation:
Both of these are struggling badly and at this stage in the league will be looking for wins and will both be going all out for a victory in every match. This tends to cause mistakes and goals so the odds on this one are perfect for laying the draw. The lay odds are around 3.45 so we're laying the draw and trading out after the first goal. There will be a profit for us no matter who gets the first in this one. |
Our Trading Result:
We got our lay on at 3.45 and Sheffield struck first in the first half and gave us the trade out we wanted at 4.40 and a nice profit of £28 on either team winning or £0 for a draw. We needed to recoup some money so weighted the profit towards a win and it paid off nicely. |
Profit made on this trade = £28

| Date: 15th April |
| Time: 1.30pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Wigan v Tottenham - SCORE: 3-3 |
Our Recommendation:
Tottenham have really turned the season round lately with some good away wins and are on a roll. Wigan are just out of the relegation zone so will be looking to keep Tottenham out of their net and this should be a tight game with only 1 or 2 goals. We'll be laying the draw again on this one (around 3.60) and will be trading out after the first goal. It should come from Tottenham which will give a nice profit but if Wigan do get the first the odds should still produce a small profit for us. |
Our Trading Result:
We got our lay bet on the draw at 3.60. The first goal from Wigan came after 1 minute and before the odds settled the equalizer had come from Tottenham so we could not get out. Wigan got another before the break but the odds only moved to 3.80 so no trade out for us again. We stuck in there and tottenham equalized again. Thankfully the next came from Wigan in the second half and we got odds of 4.10 to get out on. Not a great profit and an unexpected amount of goals but a profit none the less. We made £12 on this one. |
Profit made on this trade = £12

| Date: 15th April |
| Time: 3.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Everton v Charlton - SCORE: 2-1 |
Our Recommendation:
These two seem to have an aversion to high scoring games and Charlton have not had a goal in their last 2 matches as they struggle to stay afloat in the Premiership. This will be a very tight one and there is a high chance of a draw and probably no more than 2 goals so we're backing under 2.5 goals on this one (around 1.71) and will be looking to get out ideally at half time with a 0-0 score line. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed under 2.5 goals at 1.74 on this one. Half time came and the score was still 0-0 and we got out of the trade at 1.21 giving us £43 profit whatever the eventual scoreline ended. |
Profit made on this trade = £43
|
| Date: 17th April |
| Time: 8.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Man Utd v Sheff Utd - SCORE: 2-0 |
Our Recommendation:
After Man Utd lost away to Pompey at the weekend they will be gunning for a win here and being at home to a low placed team should not cause them too much trouble. The odds on the win are tiny and not worth the risk but as they have already scored 75 goals this season (most at home) the obvious choice here is backing over 2.5 goals. The odds will be around 1.63 and we'll be looking to trade out after the first or second goal depending how quickly they come which will probably be in the first half. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed over 2.5 goals at 1.63 on this match. Man Utd struck very early in the 4th minute and the odds dropped to 1.26 to trade out on. We stuck in there expecting a second goal in the first half but it didn't come. Early in the second half they got the second and we got out at 1.29. Slightly worse odds than the first but still a nice profit. |
Profit made on this trade = £26
|
| Date: 18th April |
| Time: 8.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: West Ham v Chelsea - SCORE: 1-4 |
Our Recommendation:
Chelsea and West Ham both have to win this one, Chelsea to keep up with Man Utd and West Ham to try and dig their way out of relegation. In all honesty it is highly unlikely that Chelsea will lose this but West Ham have pulled some interesting ones out the bag under pressure so laying the draw and backing Chelsea are both tricky trades. We're going to back the under 2.5 goals market here and will be looking to trade out when the odds are good for us. Ideally there won't be any goals in the first half but in all likelyhood there will be one so we'll be getting out probably around half way through the second half or if still 0-0 obviously we'll get out at half time. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed under 2.5 goals at 1.88. We got out of this at 1.50 in the first half luckily just before the goals came flooding in. There were 3 goals in short succession towards the end of the first half. We were lucky on this one and imagine many were not lucky enough to get out in time! |
Profit made on this trade = £20
|
| Date: 21st April |
| Time: 12.45pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Tottenham v Arsenal - SCORE: 2-2 |
Our Recommendation:
Arsenal are up in the Champions League race so a win away at Tottenham is pretty crutial for them but Tottenham have had a great season and won't be rolling over. We think this is going to go Arsenals way but it will be a tough battle and as the odds are evenly matched we'll be laying the draw (around 3.45) and trading out after the first goal by either team. |
Our Trading Result:
We layed the draw at 3.40. For some reason tottenham managed to get the first and the odds only jumped to 3.60 so no real profit for us on this one. Arsenal drew even after 63 minutes and the trade was back on. Arsenal got the lead shortly after and we got out at 6.80 for a healthy £50 across the board. |
Profit made on this trade = £50

| Date: 21st April |
| Time: 5.15pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Man Utd v Middlesbrough - SCORE: 1-1 |
Our Recommendation:
Another match here that Man Utd have to win if they want to keep the Premiership hopes alive. Early strikes are likely by the top flight team at home to stamp their mark on the game so we're backing the over 2.5 goals market on this one (around 1.75) and will be getting out when the odds have dropped significantly enough. Hopefully we will see 2 goals in the first half in this one. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed over 2.5 goals at 1.72. The first goal came after just 3 minutes and secured our trade out with a nice profit. |
Profit made on this trade = £28

| Date: 22nd April |
| Time: 12.00pm |
| Fixture: Championship |
| Teams: Wolves v Birmingham - SCORE: 2-3 |
Our Recommendation:
These two have only had 1 0-0 draw between them in the whole 86 games this season so far so the odds of one now are minimal. With the odds perfectly weighted between the two teams this match is a fantastic example of a trade to lay the draw and trade out after the first goal by either team. The odds should be around 3.60 and the profit will be fairly small but will be easy to get. |
Our Trading Result:
We layed the draw on this one at 3.40. Birmingham got the first in the second half and they flew thick and fast after that one so plenty of oportunities to trade out of the match. |
Profit made on this trade = £30
|
| Date: 25th April |
| Time: 7.45pm |
| Fixture: Champions League |
| Teams: Chelsea v Liverpool - SCORE: 1-0 |
Our Recommendation:
Of the two Champions League fixtures this week we think this will be the safest and best trade. There are not usually a lot of goals at this stage in the competition and with Chelsea and Liverpool drawing 0-0 in recent matches this should be a similar game. Although there is a likelyhood of a draw we really think Chelsea will take control of this and get the first if only goal in the match so as the odds are slightly in favour of them we are laying the draw and trading out after they score. If Liverpool get the first you should be able to get out of the trade around the same price as you got in or take a chance and ride it out for a profit! |
Our Trading Result:
We got our lay bet on the draw at 3.20. Chelsea didn't let us down and got their goal half way into the first half and gave us odds to trade out on of 4.70. We weighted the trade towards £35 for a win or £20 for a draw. |
Profit made on this trade = £35
|
| Date: 28th April |
| Time: 12.45pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Everton v Man Utd - SCORE: 2-4 |
Our Recommendation:
Man Utd will be looking for another of their many away wins here and with the pressure still fully on at the top of the table they should be spurred on to do it. The odds are very generous at 1.75 on the away win so we are backing Man Utd to win this one and trading out when they take the lead. |
Our Trading Result:
We got our back bet on Man Utd at 1.75. The match started with a shock and Everton taking the lead 2-0 in the first half. Man Utd came back with a flying run of goals though and were soon 2-3 up and we got our trade out and profit. They hammered the victory home in the 90th minute but we were already out of the trade. |
Profit made on this trade = £36
|
| Date: 28th April |
| Time: 3.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Portsmouth v Liverpool - SCORE: 2-1 |
Our Recommendation:
Liverpool drew 0-0 with Portsmouth at home last time but a repeat of that is unlikely with Liverpool and Portsmouth both on much better form at the moment. Both of these are teams that have plenty of draw though and the odds reflect that (laying the draw around 3.25) so we are going to lay the draw and trade out after the first goal by either team. Liverpool scoring first is likely and preferable as the odds are slightly in their favour today. |
Our Trading Result:
We got our lay on at 3.25 on this match. Another shock start with a goal from Portsmouth and the odds were not great. They only rose to around 3.85 and before we got out the market suspended again with their second goal and a fortunate if somewhat lucky second goal from Pompey. The odds shot up and we got out at 8.00 with a very healthy £59 profit across the board. |
Profit made on this trade = £59
|
| Date: 29th April |
| Time: 4.00pm |
| Fixture: Premiership |
| Teams: Arsenal v Fulham - SCORE: 3-1 |
Our Recommendation:
Fulham have struggled this season and playing Arsenal at home will be a scarey prospect at this stage with relegation not a mile below them. Fulham have drawn a majority of their matches and it is likely there will be at least 2 goals in this game if not more and our hope is we will see a couple in the first half. We are backing over 2.5 goals on this one (around 1.86) and will be looking to get out of the trade after the first or second goal which as we say will hopefully be early in the first half. |
Our Trading Result:
We backed the over 2.5 goals market on this match at 1.83. Arsenal got the first after just 4 minutes and the odds dropped vastly to 1.36 but expecting another goal we stayed in and the second goal didn't come until half way into the second half and odds dropped to 2.58. Not able to get out for a profit we hung in there and were rewarded shortly after by the third and 100% profit. |
Profit made on this trade = £100
